Here's How To Enter:
1. Beginning May 1, 2008 through November 30, 2008, builders need only register on www.TheGreatFrame.com and they will be automatically entered into The Great Frame Giveaway sweepstakes. Builders can enter once every calendar month.
No Purchase Necessary.
2. To enter without going online, write "The Great Frame Giveaway," your complete name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and preferred dealer on a 3 x 5 card and mail to: 753 South Walnut Street, Boise, Idaho 83712. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. All entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2008, and received by December 7, 2008.
Random Drawing.
3. A random drawing will be held weekly throughout the promotional period and the grand prize winners will be drawn or about December 30, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final. All prizes will be awarded and the winner notified by phone or mail or e-mail at the Sponsor's discretion. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value.
4. Grand Prizes approximate retail value-$20,000. Other prizes awarded throughout the promotional period vary in retail value from $5 to $500.
General Rules.
5. Open only to residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and are builders or framers and customers of registered Connections dealers. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the sole property of sponsor and will not be returned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to claim prize within thirty (30) days of notification being mailed will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. (IF APPLICABLE: All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess requiredtravel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, photograph, voice, statements, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. All federal, state and local taxes due are the sole responsibility of the Winner. U.S. prize winner may be required to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Winners assume all liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Any entrant who supplies false information will be disqualified. Employees of Weyerhaeuser Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible.
Winners.
6. Winners will be notified by January 15, 2009. For names of winners, available after January 15, 2009, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 753 South Walnut Street, Boise, ID, 83712.
